Brian Meadors
Brian Meadors works at the intersection of law and nuclear energy. A former U.S. Navy nuclear submarine officer, he earned his law degree, cum laude, from Georgetown and has more than 30 years of technical and legal experience. His background includes taking more than 80 cases to trial and verdict, successful litigation before the U.S. Supreme Court, and senior roles in nuclear licensing for advanced reactors. Throughout his career, including his work as General Counsel of EXCEL Services, Brian has been part of projects assisting governments, regulators, vendors, and utilities in nuclear regulation, compliance, and development. In his own practice, he focuses on practical, durable solutions in highly regulated environments.
